Release of Test Results: Electronic Copy  

The NaMMAT scores are reported through an electronic copy. An electronic copy of your individual test results, or Examinee Report Form (ERF), is available in your NaMMAT account after twenty (20) CEM business days from the date of test administration. CEM, through their website, will announce the availability of the test results. 

To ensure confidentiality, your electronic ERF is accessible only through your verified account and cannot be transferred to another account. We strongly recommend downloading a copy as soon as it becomes available. Requests to disclose individual’s scores, over the phone or via e-mail will NOT be entertained.

Distribution of Masterlist of Test Scores

To safeguard the authenticity of the results, your score will also appear on the electronic copy of Masterlist of Test Results (MTR) that will be forwarded to the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and Higher Education Regional Offices (HERO), Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA), and maritime higher educational institutions in the country. These offices must refer only to the masterlist for official scores.
