Treasury Section Head

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Preferably a Licensed Certified Public Accountant
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial role
  • Must have the ability to work independently and take initiative to set priorities and see projects through the completion
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills who can work across multiple functions to achieve goals
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Highly developed attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Knowledgeable in Principles and practices of sound financial accounting
  • Knowledgeable in Principles and practices of banking, bond financing, and investment strategy
  • Knowledgeable in Methods and techniques of analyzing and projecting cash flow requirements
  • Knowledge of related local laws and regulations
  • Knowledgeable in analyzing economic data and financial market conditions
  • Skilled in performing cash flow analysis
  • Skilled in preparing clear and concise administrative and investment reports
  • Skilled in ensuring compliance with applicable bond and investment laws
  • Well-experienced in doing presenting financial reports to Management
  • Well-experienced in preparing, analyzing, evaluating, and interpreting financial statements and investment reports
  • Proficiency in the use of computers for Word processing, Database Management, Database Management, Email communications, Internet
