Human Resource Officer
  • Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Required skills: supervisory, team building, problem solving and counseling, excellent verbal and written communication, and computer literate
  • Preferably Supervisor and/or 3 years and up experience in Human Resource or equivalent
Researcher
  • Graduate of Education, Psychology or with equivalent training in any area related to educational measurement, research, and evaluation, (graduate degree is an advantage but not required)
  • Background in research methodology and statistics
  • Knowledge of Windows-based word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software
  • Analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
  • Experienced in working with statistical packages (SPSS) is an advantage but not required

  • Graduate of Psychology/ Education with specialization in English/Reading (BEE/BSE)
  • Interested in / with experience in test research

  • Willing to learn and be trained in performing technical aspects of test development
