Senior Systems Analyst/Programmer

Reporting to the Information Technology Section Head, the Senior Systems Analyst/Programmer is responsible for defining, designing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining new and existing software application systems according to the Company’s standards and guidelines, with the objective of lessening the complexity of work and systemizing workflow for optimum use of resources. The job includes designing, writing, coding, testing, analyzing, and installing software programs and applications, database creation & maintenance, including user access and data/file security.

Qualifications

  • College graduate in any of the following courses: BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, BS Information Technology, BS Information Systems, BS Electronics, and Communication Engineering
  • With at least 5 years of application systems development experience and at least 3 years in the use of MS SQL management systems as backend

Systems Analyst/Programmer

Reporting to the Information Technology Section Head, the Systems Analyst/Programmer is responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing software applications systems (which includes analysis, coding, and testing) according to the specifications dictated by the Senior Systems Analyst/Programmer.

Qualifications

Reporting to the Administrative Services Section Head, the Property Custodian is responsible for the inventory, safekeeping, management, and maintenance of company equipment, furniture, fixtures, and facilities.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year business course
  • Two (2) years of experience in office work, inventory, and handling permits
  • Knowledgable in MS Applications
  • Proficient in inventory, handling permits, office management, and property management

Accountant

Reporting to the Accounting Section Head, the Accountant is responsible for the management and reporting of accurate financial data of the organization within the generally accepted accounting principles, regulatory standards, compliance requirements, and in accordance with the company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related courses
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • With at least two (2) years accounting experience
  • Has thorough knowledge of accounting system software and reportorial accounting and auditing standards

Reporting to the HR Section Head, the Human Resources Specialist is responsible for the development and implementation of various HR policies, activities, projects, and programs in the different facets of Human Resources Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or equivalent. A Master's degree is an advantage but not required.
  • At least three (3) years or more experience as HR personnel
  • Specialized training in Labor Laws, Compensation and Employee, and Labor Relations is an advantage

Achievement Test Development Assitant

Reporting to the Achievement Test Development Section Head, the Achievement Test Development Assistant provides administrative and technical support in the development of standardized achievement tests following company guidelines and standard best practices in test development with the objective of producing fair, valid, reliable tests for basic education.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, AB Behavioral Science, Education or Psychology with units in assessment and research
  • At lest six (6) months of relevant work experience in test development, assessment and research
  • Knowledge of the test development process and basic statistical methods in assessment
  • Proficient spreadsheet management software, electronic presentation software and word-processing applications
