Encoder/ Proofreader

        Reporting to the Encoding Chief, the Encoder/Proofreader will be assigned in the encoding and proofreading group of the section. He / she will provide general assistance in the scanning / encoding of test answer sheets, proofreading of encoded data, and/or quality control of documents.

       Minimum Qualifications

  • High school graduate or some college
  • Good attention to details
  • Typing and computer application skills. Preferably with a typing speed of at least 40wpm
  • Work experience in the related field an advantage but not required
Information Technology Section Head

        Reporting to the Vice President, the ITS Head is responsible for establishing and executing an effective information and communications management support system that will result in the attainment of quality services that cater to the needs of the Center’s personnel and clients.  He/she is also responsible for directing and monitoring the division operations.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least a college degree in any computer-related course.
  • 5 years or more of progressive management experience in systems development and relevant experience in educational testing and processing

Project Programmers

          Assists in the development, maintenance, documentation, and client-support activities in the existing and new IT projects.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor/ College Degree in any computer related course
  • Has technical experience with systems in any of the following: networking, databases, web-development, and user support
  • Good background in any of the following programming languages: Microsoft C#, ASP.NET, Visual Basic, Excel, Word, and HTML. Background in C# MVCa an advantage
  • Good working knowledge with Microsoft Office Applications, Microsoft Visio, and Crystal Reports

 

 

Reliever Bookkeeper

         Responsible for accurate recording, classifying, and summarizing all financial transactions of the Head Office. Reports directly to the Head of Accounting Section.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/ College Degree in Accountancy or other related course
  • Work experience in the related field an advantage but not required
  • Computer proficient
  • Preferably carries the experience in processing checks, preparation of journals, and recording of transactions in general ledgers system.
  • Familiar with different tax forms
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Accurate and attentive to details and organized

 

 

Office Assistant

         Assists in the receiving and processing of test answer sheets, and releasing of test results to client schools

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • College degree. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Experience in clerical and administrative function an advantage but not required.
 
Program Assistants

        Assists in the end-to-end activities and administration of testing programs in various member schools.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Applicants must possess a four-year Degree course in Psychology or Education or any equivalent course.
  • Good communications skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati and do field work.
  • PRC License not required.
  • No work experience is required
 
Testing Aides

        Assists in administering the testing programs for members schools.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school graduate / College Undergrad / Vocational course graduate.
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork.
  • Preferably Male
  • Accurate and attentive to details
  • Able to follow oral and written instructions
 
Inventory Clerks

         Assists in the preparation and securing inventory of test materials requested by Metro Manila Schools and provincial centers.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school graduate / College Undergrad / Vocational course graduate.
  • Able to lift pack of test booklets.
  • Preferably Male.
  • Accurate and attentive to details.
  • Able to follow oral and written instructions.
 
Data Processor for Receiving Unit of Test Processing and Report Production Section

        Ensures efficient and accurate monitoring of receiving of test answer sheets for scoring and transmission of test results and other report packages to Test Administration Section for delivery to client schools.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/ College Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or Computer Engineering
  • With at least 1 year of work experience in the related field
  • Computer proficient
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Accurate and attentive to details and organized
