Special Projects Head

  • University degree.  Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5 years or more of progressive experience in supervisory/managerial capacity.  Industry knowledge is a plus. 
  • Knowledge of leadership and management principles
  • Knowledge of operational aspects of educational test service program
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Knowledge of current market challenges and opportunities relating to the mission of the company
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management
  • Proficiency in the use of computers: Word Processing, Database Management, Presentations, Email Communications, and Internet
