Reporting to the HR Section Head, the Human Resources Specialist is responsible for the development and implementation of various HR policies, activities, projects, and programs in the different facets of Human Resources Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or equivalent. A Master's degree is an advantage but not required.
- At least three (3) years or more experience as HR personnel
- Specialized training in Labor Laws, Compensation and Employee, and Labor Relations is an advantage
