CEM offers instructional and advisory programs for school administrators, faculty and staff to help them improve their skills in teaching, guidance and research. 
These seminar-workshops were designed to complement CEM's testing programs. Upon assessment of the needs of the member schools, CEM conducts training activities that would address the factors relevant to the desired improvement in the system.
