CEM officers and staff held a ground-breaking ceremony last July 22, 2010 for the construction of a four-storey building located in San Antonio Village, Makati City. Expected to be completed in seven months, it will house the Printing, Distribution and Retrieval, Test Service, Information Technology Departments, and a conference hall at the top floor. A time capsule containing CEM memorabilia buried in the ground was the high light of the event.
